Introduction

Network Intelligent Research Center (NIRC) early engaged in the theory research and product development of communication value-added services in China. Since the mid-1990s, NIRC took the lead in the direction of the mobile intelligent network research in the domestic. Through continuous deepening theory research, technology development, standards setting and achievements transformation, NIRC maintains and consolidates the advancement of mobile intelligent network in the world. From this century, NIRC begin to work on the fundamental theory and application technology research of network intelligent, and has won the National Science and Technology Progress Award twice. Prof. Liao Jianxin is the academic leader and director of the center, who is the distinguished professor of Yangtse Rive Scholar as well as a National Outstanding Youth Science Fund Winner. Dr. Wang Jing is the deputy director as well as the secretary of CPC branch of the center.
